Please read through our sizing guide and returns policy so we can process your order smoothly. Our pieces tend to me made on order so please allow some time for your piece to be crafted properly.

Items purchased outside of the EU may be subject to customs duty or tax by your local customs authority, so please take this into consideration before ordering.

Please read instructions carefully before taking an impression, and ask for advice if unsure. We supply one impression kit with your purchase but additional kits must be paid for in the event of a mistake on your part. We will refuse to cast a model that we know will not produce a good result.

Please treat your jewellery with care as any broken items will not be refunded. We can offer advice but we take no responsibility for any personal injury due to misuse of our products. Do not sleep, eat, drink or smoke while wearing dental caps.
