SHIPPING POLICY
Worldwide shipping is free for orders over £200
A flat rate of £6 applies for orders under £200 in the UK and Europe
A flat rate of £12 applies for the rest of the world
Purchases over £50 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Purchases under £50 will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Delivery.
Postage can be upgraded at your discretion.
Items purchased outside of the UK may receive a customs fee, calculated by your local customs authority.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase or there is a fault with your jewellery, please let us know and we are happy to work with you.
Customers are responsible for supplying an accurate dental impression. We will supply instructions, answer any questions and give advice on impression taking to ensure this.
If you decide to cancel you order after receiving your mould kit, or after taking the impression and sending it to us, you will be refunded minus the cost of the mould kit (£10) also postage will not be refunded.
Once the making process has begun, custom pieces and dental caps cannot be refunded, unless under special circumstances.
